Carrots – ½ kg (grated ghee – 1 tablespoon sugar – 1 tablespoon raisins – 10 grams of cashew nuts – 1/4 cup (finely chopped) almonds – 1/4 cup (finely) green cardamom – 3 (pc) Almonds – Pistachio for Garnish – Cashew for Garnish – For Garnish

Method

First, wash and peel the carrot and grate it. Now heat ghee in a pan and add carrots to it and stir well.

Add sugar over it and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring it in between, so that it does not stick to the pot and both also mix well.

Now add milk to this mixture and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. After 2 to 3 minutes, keep stirring it.

Now add ground cardamom, raisins, cashews, almonds to this mixture and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. After cooking the kheer, pour it in a bowl and garnish with cashews, almonds and pistachios.

Take your kheer and it is ready. Now serve it hot.
