Eggs – 4
Spinach – 1/2 bowl chopped
Paneer – 100 grams onion – 1 chopped
Tomatoes – 1 chopped
Green chili – 1 finely chopped
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
First of all, clean the spinach thoroughly and chop it fine and keep it aside.
– Then cut the cheese into pieces. Add chopped onion, tomato and green chilli to it.
After this, take all these things in a bowl and mix salt, kasoori methi, black pepper, mixed herbs and a little oil in it.
Now add egg to this mixture and whisk well.
Now put oil in a non stick pan and allow it to heat up.
After this, put the egg mixture in the pan and cook it well.
After this, reverse the omelette and bake it from the other side as well.
