Winter Special Recipe – Carrot Corn Soup

Carrot-Corn Soup

material :
1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
1 bay leaf
5 garlic
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Black pepper to taste
1 gram chopped carrot
1 onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
Salt to taste

Method :
Heat water in a pan on low heat and add carrots and corn to the boil. Leave it for a while, then make boiled carrots and corn puree.
Put the pan on low heat and add butter with oil. After the butter melts, add the grated garlic, finely chopped onion and bay leaf. Fry all for a while and let the onion soften.
After frying, add carrot and corn puree to the pan and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top. Keep stirring it so that there are no lumps. Then add the remaining carrots and let it come to a boil. Once it comes to a boil reduce the heat and let it cook for a while.
When cooked well, take it out in a bowl and garnish coriander leaves and serve hot.

    • Water as required

For sauce

  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili-garlic chutney
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce

Egg Chilli Recipe –

    • Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and keep aside.
    • Take the things mentioned in the batter in a bowl. Slowly add water and prepare a thick paste.
    • Wrap the eggs in a batter and fry in the oil until golden. It should be crispy. Then take them out on a paper napkin and keep them aside.
    • Now heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and fry it for a minute.
    • Add onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden.
    • Add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Add sauce, chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, sugar, etc., and cook until thickened.
    • Add fried eggs and toss well. Add chopped green onions and mix well. Serve hot again.
